Wild Rocket

An intense peppery salad leaf from the cabbage family, that is nutrient dense and delicious. Wild Rocket is best eaten raw in a mixed salad, or on top of a pizza! WASH BEFORE EATING Please don't be afraid of small holes in the leaves; our farm is a thriving ecosystem, and we support this by not using any pesticides, but that does mean that the wildlife gets to have a taste too! It would be a shame to compost perfectly good veggies due to small imperfections, so be aware that it may not look like chemically grown produce, but the benefits are far greater. Our clear produce bags can be REUSED many times, just give them a rinse and dry before using, if you have no use for them then RECYCLE along with other soft plastic. They will biodegrade only in the right conditions, so please don't compost.
