Tomatoes - Green

These are UNRIPE tomatoes, for chutney, pickles or just some classic fried green tomatoes. Green or unripe tomatoes are edible, even raw, but tend to be much more acidic than ripe ones, although their firmer texture allows them to be cooked in ways that red tomatoes can't be. Without a polytunnel this summer, we've got a LOT of unripe tomatoes that need homes!
