Spinach - True

Delicate ‘true’ spinach is the ideal cooking spinach. This variety, which is what you'd find in the supermarket, has small, juicy leaves with a sweet flavour. Wonderfully versatile, it’s tender enough to use whole, stalks and all. Toss raw into salads, or wilt into soups, sauces and curries at the last moment for a burst of green freshness! For a simple side, wilt spinach with salt and pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
