A summer squash notable for its round and shallow shape, and scalloped edges, Patty Pan Squash are one of the most ancient cultivated squash. Similar to a courgette in texture and flavour, they can be chopped into many dishes (try roasting first to bring out the best flavour) or stuffed and baked whole for a fun and unusual dinner!
