Komatsuna is an incredibly versatile green from Japan and Korea with leaves used as a cooking leaf like Kale or Chard, or used raw in salads. Similar flavour to other Asian greens like rocket or mizuna, but with no spice - very mild & delicate taste. Makes a wonderful spinach alternative!
