Kale - Tuscan Mix

Tuscan Kale, the kale so good they gave it many names! Also known as Italian kale, Lacinato kale, dinosaur kale, flat back kale, palm tree kale, black Tuscan palm, or, in Italian and often in English, cavolo nero. This is a mix of a few different varieties of tuscan kale, so you'll likely recieve a mix of colours - some even with beautiful purple veins! But they're all delicious, packed full of nutrients and grow well in the cold, so we can provide you with fresh greens right through winter. Our favourite way to cook is roughly chopped, drizzled with your oil of choice and seasoned well, then put under the grill until it's crispy but not too brown (keep an eye on it at this stage, it can go from perfect to burnt very quickly!)
