Apples are a great ingredient to have in your kitchen, whether they're the star ingredient in desserts like crumble, or the accompanying burst of flavour to bring life to a dish, savoury or sweet. These apples are an unknown variety, sweeter than a Bramley, but tart enough to pack a punch to your cooking (or eating if you're a fan of a sour apple!) Large and mostly unblemished, we only have limited quantities so get them while you can!
