Packed with flavour- add celeriac to hearty winter soups and stews, mash it with potato, or caramelise it with walnuts and red onions. I often make gnocchi from it, just boil with potatoes, mash them together and stir in flour until you made a thick dough. Then either boil or fry them and eat with you favourite pasta sauce- yum!
