Grows like a kale, tastes like a cabbage; this unusual spanish heirloom grows enourmous, vivid green leaves and can be harvested for several seasons! Use just as you would a cabbage, with less processing, as the leaves are already separate for you. Delicious, nutritous and hardy, we should be able to provide this crop all the way through the winte.
